When you are over dealing with crowds and you just want something amazing, that's fast and quick... this is your spot! Quite a few options hot and ready to go... pretty much got 1-2 of each flavor. My kid fell in love with the green pizza!!! Cheese with pesto, asks for it everywhere we go now!

    Staff was super friendly too!

I give this pizza place a rating of 9.1 I'm from the Midwest and this pizza is a reminder of home, unlike the typical charcoal Pacific Northwest pizza. Highly recommend.

Ps good price point. High value of ROI.

I've loved Hot Mama's for years now ... the crust is amazing ... the sauce is full of flavor ... the toppings are consistently great.

But what happened last week with them has caused me to post on Yelp, which I rarely do.

I ordered delivery around 7 pm the other night. The email they sent said the pizza would be delivered around 8:15.

When it got close to 9, I started to worry and called the restaurant. I had to wait on hold for a couple minutes, but when they were able to talk, the person on the phone apologized, explained that things had been crazy but that my pizza had just left the house. I thanked her and told her I hoped they had a better night.

When I hung up, I noticed the driver had texted me, apologizing for the delay and saying he would be there in 10-15. I say no worries. When he got to my apartment, he apologized again and I just said, "Stuff happens, man."

My pizza was warm and fresh. I dug in, and it was good.

An hour later I got an email ... Hot Mama's had refunded the full price of my pizza. I assume because I was cool about the delay while other people were being jerks. Whatever the reason, I was blown away. They didn't have to do that.

Came here almost a year ago and wow I loved it! Great little spot we found in the corner while walking the downtown streets of Seattle. Pizza can be ordered by the box or by the slice, which I thought was freaking awesome. People didn't seem to mind waiting either, which was like a standard 15-20mins for a pizza. The employees were also super casual but their customer service was amazing. Can't wait to come back!

There's really no reason for Hot Mama's not to offer vegan options. Even the sauce isn't vegan, meaning that a custom order isn't possible. I LOVE the crust and quality at Hot Mama's but the unwillingness to adapt turns me off.
